SURF INTENSE
This is focused on taking your surfing level from the current level to the next level in no time. Surf Intense program includes surfing two times a day (except the day of arrival and departure), morning and afternoon or extended day surf trips to outside breaks.

Balance it out with Surfing and yoga while keeping pace with slow life in Arugam Bay. This means you will do yoga and surfing once per day (except the day of arrival and departure for surfing, yoga is available free of charge on day of arrival and departure).

Yoga complements surfing in many ways. It strengthens three main skills any beginner surfer should aim to develop in the medium run; Upper body strength, Endurance, and Flexibility.
SURF
Our surf programs are comprehensive in that it not only includes plenty of time in the surf, but video analysis & feedback and surf theory classes.
THE CAMP
The spacious Surf and Yoga camp is located just off the main road inArugam bay and stretches into the beautiful open agro surroundings.
