From the tropical paradise we like to call home, Surf and yoga Arugam bay invites you to release and disconnect from your daily routine. Here you will find lush palm trees, fresh coconuts, and dreamy waves just a step away from your room.
We are located in the town of Arugam Bay, on the East coast of Sri Lanka.
Palm trees, wild elephants, and the fine sand form a stunning crescent beach, it truly is the perfect getaway for everyone. Some of the main Eastern surf spots are just steps away from the camp, a real treat for ocean lovers big or small!
We also propose Yoga lessons amongst the neem leaves on our rooftop. We offer you a soul-enriching experience throughout your stay, where you can discover and grow on both the inside and outside.
SURF
Our surf programs are comprehensive in that it not only includes plenty of time in the surf but video analysis & feedback and surf theory classes, delivered by our team over the surfing week.
YOGA
Yoga complements surfing in many ways. It strengthens three main skills any beginner surfer should aim to develop in the medium run; Upper body strength, Endurance, and Flexibility.
